This blog was designed as an experimental ground for all kinds of media use in foreign language education (FLE). I’m trying to find out which possibilities of media use there are and which are helpful for teachers and students in class. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to comment!
Additionally, this blog was graded as an e-portfolio as a part of the course “New Media in Foreign Language Education” at Philipps-University Marburg.
In a second step this blog was converted to a more general kind of notebook for myself and everyone else interested. Thus I don’t concentrate on new media in EFL classrooms anymore, but on the use of (new) media in any kind of teaching.
At the moment the blog concentrates on the use of geographical information systems (GIS) in teaching Geography.
